电感耦合等离子体光谱仪的保养：

(1)气体控制系统：ICP的气体控制系统是否稳定正常地运行，直接影响到仪器测定数据的好坏，如果气路中有水珠或其它固体杂质等都会造成气流不稳定，因此，对气体控制系统要经常进行检查和维护。首先要做气体密封试验，开启气瓶及减压阀，使气体压力指示在额定值上，然后关闭气瓶，观察减压阀上的压力表指针，应在几个小时内没有下降或下降很少，否则说明气路中有漏气现象，需要检查和排除。

(2)使用环境：电感耦合等离子体光谱仪与其它大型精密仪器一样，需要在一定的环境条件下运行，否则，不仅影响仪器的性能，甚至造成损坏，缩短寿命等。根据光学仪器的特点，对环境温度和湿度有一定要求。如果温度变化太大，光学组件受温度变化的影响就会产生谱线漂移，造成测定数据不稳定;而如果环境湿度过大，仪器的光学部件，特别是光栅容易受潮损坏或性能降低

(3)每月用超声波清洗雾化室、炬管、样品喷射管;
